This thief stole over 300 cars, gave cops the slip for 9 yrs

The suspect has been identified as Valadin alias Nadeem Khan (37), a resident of Ghaziabad, UP. The police have also arrested another person who bought the cars stolen by him, who was identified as Sayed Salim Hassan (43).
