Delhi's GK-I chokes before it can breathe easy

Work on the much-delayed, multi-level car park at M Block Market in Greater Kailash I finally commenced this week. The 399-car facility is expected to solve the parking problems at the popular market. But in the process, the area has been cordoned off, leaving no space for shoppers and forcing them to park their vehicles in front of residences. This is proving a great inconvenience for the locals.
