Jamia Milia Islamia cancels admission of activist-scholar

The Jamia Millia Islamia administration has cancelled the admission of activist Safoora Zargar who was enrolled as a research scholar. Citing “unsatisfactory progress” as one of the reasons behind the cancellation, the administration also added that Zargar had failed to submit her MPhil thesis within the stipulated period.
