'Seized 2,200 bullets from U'khand were for Delhi gangs'

Two members of an arms trafficking racket were nabbed with 2,251 cartridges of different calibres pilfered from gun houses in Dehradun. Four others, including the owner of a gun house, were arrested and raids were being conducted to nab others.
