Discussion on 'harassment' letter leads to a row at DU

The chairmen of the 28 Delhi University colleges funded by the state government wrote to vice-chancellor Yogesh Singh on Thursday, objecting to the DU executive council taking up a letter from Delhi University Principals' Association (DUPA) that had alleged harassment of some college principals by respective chairmen.
