Delhi: Man blackmails woman and sister, held

A 40-year-old BSc computer science graduate was arrested for allegedly blackmailing and harassing a woman. The accused was sending the woman messages and emails and uploading her photographs on Instagram without her consent. He had demanded Rs seven lakh from the woman for deleting the photos.
