Provide free sex change surgery to transgenders: DCW

Delhi Commission for Women has issued a notice to the Delhi government and sought an order to all the hospitals with plastic surgery facility to provide free sex reassignment surgeries to transgender persons. DCW said one of the most common issues faced by the transgender community is lack of free sex reassignment surgeries in government hospitals.
