Imphal bound IndiGo flight returns to Delhi due to technical snag; 2nd incident in less than 24 hours

An IndiGo flight 6E-5118, en route from Delhi to Imphal on July 17, 2025, returned to Delhi shortly after takeoff due to a minor technical issue. The Airbus A321 aircraft landed safely, underwent checks, and resumed its journey. This incident occurred a day after another IndiGo flight experienced an engine failure and made an emergency landing in Mumbai.
