A Rohini court granted bail to Nitin Soni, accused of unlawfully occupying his mother's property, after reviewing CCTV footage that contradicted the initial allegations. The complainant, Indu Saini, alleged that Nitin forcibly entered her flat and verbally abused her, while his wife assaulted her with a rod.
