Delhi: Labourer killed after drinking quarrel in Prem Nagar area; accused arrested

A labourer from Bihar, Mukesh Rai, was found dead on a northwest Delhi road with blunt force injuries. Police investigations revealed he was drinking with two associates when an argument escalated. One associate, Munsi Rai, has been arrested for the murder, while the other, Vishu Rai, is an eyewitness who fled in panic.
