Delhi shocker: Over Rs 2,000 loan dispute, teen stabbed multiple times in neck in Rohini; two arrested

A 19-year-old painter is in critical condition after being repeatedly stabbed in the neck in Delhi's Rohini over a Rs 2,000 loan. The accused, Ratan and his associate Shyam, allegedly attacked the victim during an argument about repayment. Another youth who intervened also sustained a minor injury.
