Delhi govt alleges bid to usurp 'remaining powers'

Reacting to the letter written by the principal secretary of the LG, asking all departments of the Delhi government for strict compliance of the GNCTD Amendment Act, the elected dispensation said any matter outside the purview of the National Capital Civil Service Authority was within its power.
