G20 summit in Delhi: Potted plants to fill in for green spaces

Flowers are an easy way to beautify any spot. But since there was no scope to plant seeds and grow blooms on the roads of a city preparing for the visit of global dignitaries for the G20 summit in September, the Public Works Department had to take recourse to placing potted plants on the curbsides and central verges of important arteries in Delhi.
