Man who lost kin in Colombo car crash to get Rs 50L in damages

Observing negligence and deficiency on the part of two private Delhi-based companies handling travel and tours packages, a Delhi consumer court has awarded Rs 50 lakh in damages to a man who lost his son, wife and father-in-law in a car accident in Sri Lanka in 2019.
