Grover, wife stopped from boarding flight to New York

Ashneer Grover, former managing director at BharatPe, and his wife, Madhuri Jain, were prevented from boarding a flight to New York from Delhi airport due to a lookout circular issued by Delhi Police. The couple has been called for questioning regarding a case being investigated by the Economic Offences Wing (EOW). The EOW had filed an FIR in May against Grover and his family for alleged misappropriation of funds and causing losses worth Rs 81 crore to Resilient Innovations Private Limited (RIPL). Grover has denied the charges and stated that he will cooperate with the investigation.
