Delhi doctor falls for online trading scam in WhatsApp group, duped of Rs 82 lakh

A doctor in New Delhi was allegedly scammed out of Rs 82 lakh by fraudsters posing as financial advisors from a reputed US firm. The scammers convinced him to invest large sums in online trading through a series of WhatsApp messages and an application, initially showing small profits to gain his trust.
