Delhi man duped of Rs 9 lakh in online scam

A 34-year-old man from Nand Nagri was scammed of Rs nine lakh while trying to buy photocopy papers online. He made an upfront payment and additional charges but never received the order. After multiple follow-ups, he filed a complaint with the cyber cell, leading to a police investigation under Section 318(4) of the BNS.
