Delhi: DPCC notifies total ban on production, sale, use of firecrackers till January 1, 2025

Delhi Pollution Control Committee has extended the ban on firecrackers, covering manufacturing, storage, sale, and online delivery until January 1, 2025, to combat rising air pollution levels. State environment minister Gopal Rai emphasized the recurring winter pollution issue and highlighted this as part of a broader Winter Action Plan.
