Tilak Nagar 2013 murder: Delhi Police arrest contract killer after 11-year manhunt

Delhi Police arrested Raju Banarsi after an 11-year manhunt. He was involved in the 2013 murder of Jitender Lamba in West Delhi. The murder was due to a property dispute with Lamba's brother. Banarsi assumed a new identity and became a truck driver to evade capture. Police tracked him to a forest.
