Who is Anurag Kumar? Meet Delhi's new police commissioner

Anurag Kumar, an IPS officer, has been appointed the new Delhi Police commissioner. He succeeds Satish Golcha, who will report to the lieutenant governor. Kumar previously served as Special Director in the Intelligence Bureau. The Ministry of Home Affairs issued the appointment order on Friday. He assumes charge with immediate effect until further orders.
