Delhi: 2 men hire cab, snatch it at gunpoint in Vasant Kunj

A 29-year-old civil defence volunteer and his associate have been arrested for snatching a taxi cab, police said on Friday. The incident took place in southwest Delhi's Vasant Kunj area early on Tuesday.
