Boxed in, Jahangirpuri residents say no water to drink

With police and paramilitary personnel massed at the blocked gates, residents of C and D blocks of Jahangirpuri are having a harrowing time because they have been restricted from stepping out of the area. Access to drinking water has been hit and some residents have stopped sending their children to school.
