Dists in Delhi look to ramp up testing, contact tracing

Due to the surge in Covid-19 cases, all 11 districts have started following the testing, tracing and treating policy to avoid a cluster of infections. On Monday, there were 501 new cases with a positivity rate of 7.72%.
