Cloud kitchen policy to boost new businesses in Delhi

Intensifying its efforts to prepare a ‘Cloud Kitchen policy’ to provide a conducive atmosphere to food delivery aggregators and cloud kitchen operators to set up new businesses in Delhi and generate employment, the Dialogue and Development Commission (DDC) of Delhi will hold a stakeholders consultation on Tuesday.
