Delhi Metro’s smart switch helps riders go upwardly mobile

From alerts on phones just before the destination station arrives to real time operation status of every train corridor and locating the metro station nearest to them, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation’s revamped website and mobile application have been coming to the aid of commuters since February. The new featureshave resulted in callsmade to DMRC’s helpline dipping by 23%.
