Stop concretisation of road berms: NGT to Noida authority

The National Green Tribunal (NGT) has directed the Noida and Greater Noida authorities to stop further concretisation of roadsides and road berms. The green panel was hearing a petition against "reckless and indiscriminate" concretisation, which was allegedly preventing groundwater recharge and causing other environmental problems.
