Storm wreaks havoc, 189 of 200 flags in Delhi destroyed

Delhi government’s plans to instil patriotism in residents by installing large national flags across the city in the past few months seems to have hit a roadblock with the last thunderstorm destroying 189 out of 200 flags. The government had planned to install flags at 500 places through its “Deshbhakti” budget.
