Del: Laser, effects replace crackers at Ramlila

With firecrackers banned in the city and pyrotechnics being an essential part of Ramlila, the organisers have had to made special arrangements for the use of laser, lights and sound effects for the burning of the effigies of Ravana and his brothers that brings the festive period to an end.
