Delhi: Barrage work starts, hits traffic at old ITO bridge

A two-lane carriageway on the old ITO bridge, connecting Vikas Marg and going towards Laxmi Nagar, has been closed again due to continuing work on opening the gates jammed at ITO barrage during the recent floods, leading to snarls on one of the city's busiest stretches.
