'Committed to revamp, beautification of every part of Delhi'

Lieutenant Governor V K Saxena is committed to revamping and beautifying every part of Delhi, following the efforts made in New Delhi and Central Delhi for the G20 Summit. Saxena visited Shahadra drain as part of the Swachhata Hi Seva campaign, clearing footpaths and dividers of shrubs. He also inspected the rejuvenation work on the 5km Shahadra Drain, which has had 3,000MT of garbage and silt removed in the last four days. Saxena participated in shramdaan and was supported by children from a government school in their efforts for a garbage-free India.
