Sachdeva promises growth to villagers

Delhi BJP president Virendra Sachdeva assured farmers in rural villages of Delhi that their problems would be resolved soon. He stated that the Delhi Development Authority would spend Rs 800 crore for the development of rural areas and if needed, more funds would be arranged from the central government. The Lieutenant Governor had previously mentioned that Delhi villages lacked amenities and that the government had a fund of Rs 800 crore for their development. DDA officials will identify the required amenities in each village through consultations with village heads.
