'EVMs with VVPAT can’t be given for Delhi civic polls'

The Election Commission of India has told Delhi High Court that it can’t give the latest state-of-the-art EVMs with VVPAT for municipal elections in the capital as the “technological integrity” of these machines needs to be maintained under its supervision.
