Many parents skip work for mega PTM in Delhi

Neelam, a domestic help in south Delhi, took an off on Saturday. She needed the leave so that she could go with her daughter, Chandra Kala, to school for the parent-teacher meeting (PTM). With schools fully open now and the new academic session having started on Friday, Delhi government organised the meetings with parents in government schools to inform them about the steps that have been taken to address the learning gaps, such as Mission Buniyaad.
