Restaurants in Delhi raise toast to 3am boost

The beleaguered restaurant industry battling loss of business over the past two years is seeing the new excise policy as a fresh lease of life. Though the revised licence fee is higher than the previous year, most businesses renewed them due to the policy promising them permission to stay open till 3am and reduction in drinking age to 21 years.
