‘95% of workers not paid minimum wages in Delhi’

A study conducted by Working Peoples’ Coalition on the actual access to minimum wages by workers in Delhi has found that 95% of workers are not being paid the statutory minimum wages as stipulated by the Delhi government despite having the required skill sets. The study says that over 75% workers work without sufficient facilities or security.
