Delhi: MCD hikes licensing fees, factory owners worst hit

Working towards implementation of uniform rates and fee for various municipal services in all 12 zones after unification, Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has approved a proposal for implementation of the erstwhile south corporation’s rates for obtaining a factory licence in all the zones.
