Homeless man dies in hit & run in Delhi's Mangolpuri

A 31-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly killing a vagabond in a hit-and-run case in outer Delhi's Mangolpuri area, police said. The accused, Ashok, is a driver by profession, deputy commissioner of police (outer) Sameer Sharma said.
