2 residents come to blows over pasting dog posters on Noida condo’s walls

A woman and a man in Noida have been booked for creating a disturbance and assaulting each other over putting up posters of a missing pet dog in a condominium. The man claimed that the posters were defacing the walls and asked the woman to report the missing dog to the Apartment Owners' Association instead. A video of the incident shows the woman becoming physically aggressive towards the man. The police are investigating the matter, and a non-cognizable report has been filed against both parties.
