700 beds, MRI unit: Gurgaon’s largest hospital takes shape on drawing board

The construction of Gurgaon's largest government-run hospital is underway, with architectural and structural drawings being processed. An MoU has been signed with the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) for the construction of a 700-bedded Civil Hospital. The old Civil Hospital building has been demolished, and funds will be released to CPWD after approval of the design and plan. The new hospital will have a capacity of 700 beds and various specialized departments and units. It will replace the old hospital, which experienced several incidents of roof collapse.
