28-year-old man booked for indecent act on Delhi Metro

A 28-year-old man was arrested for allegedly masturbating on a minor girl travelling on a Delhi Metro train. Police said the accused was caught by two fellow passengers who noticed the incident, and they later handed him over to the Delhi Metro authorities at the Shahdara station.
